1. What FindRoom is

FindRoom is a platform that lets room owners list rooms for rent and lets seekers browse those listings on a map. We connect owners and seekers directly — we are not a party to any rental agreement, and we don't collect rent, deposits, or fees on anyone's behalf.

2. Accuracy of listings

Room owners are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings — rent, availability, photos, and description. FindRoom does not inspect or verify listed rooms. Seekers should independently verify a room and its owner before making any payment or commitment.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't list a room you don't have the right to rent out.
• Don't use another person's phone number or identity in a listing.
• Don't use contact details obtained through FindRoom for spam, harassment, or unrelated marketing.
• Don't attempt to interfere with the platform's normal operation (scraping at scale, automated abuse, etc.).

4. Account & content removal

We may remove a listing or restrict an account that violates these terms, without prior notice, particularly for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content.

5. No warranty

FindRoom is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, available, or free of errors, and we're not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between owners and seekers.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FindRoom after changes means you accept the updated terms.
