FindRoom started from a simple frustration: finding a room to rent in India almost always means going through a broker, paying a fee that can run into thousands of rupees, and still ending up with outdated listings or rooms that don't match what was promised.

We built FindRoom to cut that out entirely. Room owners list directly, at no cost. Seekers browse a live map, see real rent prices, and contact owners directly — no middleman, no commission, no hidden fees on either side.

How it works

• Owners list their room in a couple of minutes — no fees, no approval wait.
• Seekers sign in with Google and browse rooms on a live map near them.
• Contact happens directly by phone — we never sit in the middle of the conversation.

What we don't do

We don't charge brokerage. We don't take a cut of your rent. We don't sell your data to advertisers. We're focused on one thing: making it easy to find or fill a room, honestly.
